Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who accesses the Pyyrah+ services, including the website at pyyrahplus.com, the Pyyrah+ Viral Growth System for Instagram course, any tools, templates, calculators, libraries, downloads, or community features ("Services").

It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale.

Permitted use

You may:

• Use Pyyrah+ for your own creative, marketing or business work.
• Apply the methods, hooks, templates and frameworks to your own content.
• Quote brief excerpts of Pyyrah+ content with attribution, consistent with fair dealing / fair use.
• Share screenshots of your own results from the course or tools, with attribution.
• Discuss what you learned with peers, in person or online.

Prohibited use · account

You must not:

• Share access credentials. Accounts are personal and single-user.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services, in whole or in part.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or prior suspensions.
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or chargeback-prone payment methods.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Services on behalf of someone you are not authorised to represent.

Prohibited use · content

You must not:

• Redistribute Pyyrah+ content · course, scripts, templates, hook library, playbook library, calculators, or any other proprietary materials · in any form, including reposting, repackaging, summarising for sale, or using as training data for AI models.
• Use Pyyrah+ content as direct input to generative AI tools that may surface it to third parties (e.g., uploading the course transcript to a public LLM with retraining enabled).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software components of the Services.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data, except accessibility tools for personal use.
• Modify, mirror, or create derivative works intended for sale, syndication, or public distribution.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Prohibited use · conduct

You must not, through or in connection with the Services:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Post unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or harmful content.
• Send spam or any communication that violates anti-spam law (UK PECR, EU ePrivacy, US CAN-SPAM).
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or other users’ use of them.
• Conduct unauthorised security research · see security@pyyrahplus.com for our coordinated-disclosure process.
• Use the Services to grow content that itself violates the platform rules of Instagram, TikTok, or any other third party.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Community features

Where Pyyrah+ offers community features (comments, Q&A, member forums, WhatsApp groups), you must:

• Treat other members with respect.
• Not promote unrelated products or competing creator-education offerings.
• Not share other members’ personal details, screenshots, or DMs without consent.

Pyyrah+ does not pre-moderate community content. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches this AUP and to take account-level action against repeat offenders.

Enforcement and remedies

Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may:

• Issue a warning, with or without a deadline to remedy.
• Suspend access to the affected feature or to the Services as a whole.
• Remove offending content.
• Terminate the account, with or without notice for serious or repeat breaches.
• Refer the matter to law enforcement or a third party with legitimate interest.
• Recover costs reasonably incurred (e.g., from chargeback or platform-fee disputes).

Termination for breach does not trigger a refund. See the Refund Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
