Decisions are made from data, customer interviews, and shipped experiments. No vibes, no HiPPO, no "this worked at my last company".

Product over politics

We spend more time on the product than on ourselves. No status games, no committee work, no decks-about-decks.

Quality over volume

We'd rather ship one excellent thing than five mediocre things. Slow is fine. Sloppy is not.

Autonomy over hierarchy

Small team, flat structure. You own outcomes, not just outputs. If you need a manager to tell you what to do, this isn't it.

Why we're not hiring (yet).

Most careers pages dress up "we're not hiring" with promises about future roles. We'll just say it: Pyyrah+ is profitable, lean, and intentionally small. We hire when there's a specific role that earns its salary in the first 90 days, not when we want to look bigger on LinkedIn.

When we do open roles, we publish them here, not via inbound recruiters or referral-only networks. Until then, sending us an expression of interest costs you nothing and means we already know your work when a role does open.

Written documents, video walkthroughs, async standups. Meetings only when there's a real decision to make.

UK timezone overlap

Remote or London-based, but we work UK hours. Ship-it-tomorrow culture, not always-on culture.

Outcomes, not optics

We measure impact on customers, not hours worked or messages sent. Output you can point to is the only deliverable.

FAQ

What people ask before applying

Really. No open roles at the moment, no secret pipeline, no "submit your CV and we'll get back to you in six months". When a role opens, it'll be published on this page with a closing date and a specific scope.
Because when a role does open, we already know your work. Founding-team hires almost always come from people who got on our radar early, before the role existed. Costs you 10 minutes, saves you weeks of competing on a public posting.
Either. We operate UK business hours and need at least four hours of working-hour overlap per day. Some roles benefit from London co-working a few days a month, most don't.
Not at this stage. Pyyrah+ is a small senior team, every role carries real ownership. We'll open junior pathways when the team is larger and there's capacity to mentor properly.
Not currently. We're a small UK-incorporated company and don't yet have a Skilled Worker sponsor licence. That may change once we have headcount to justify the application. If you need visa sponsorship, send the expression of interest anyway, we'll let you know when sponsorship becomes available.
No. Pyyrah Limited is 100% bootstrapped, profitable, and owned by the founders. No external investors, no VC pressure, no exit pipeline. We're building for the long term on customer revenue.
Occasionally yes, especially for design, video editing, or specialist research work. If you have a niche skill that's clearly useful, send the expression of interest and flag the contract option.
We don't pre-announce hiring timelines, every role is justified by specific work that's piling up. The most reliable way to know early is to subscribe via your expression of interest, we email candidates on the list 7 days before the role goes public.
