A small, bootstrapped team in London building the DBC Method. We're not hiring right now, but we want to hear from exceptional people who'd join us when we are.
We teach the DBC Method (decode, build, compound) so creators stop guessing and start systematising. One product. £99 lifetime. Lifetime updates.
If three of these don't sound like you, we're probably not the right home for your next role.
Decisions are made from data, customer interviews, and shipped experiments. No vibes, no HiPPO, no "this worked at my last company".
We spend more time on the product than on ourselves. No status games, no committee work, no decks-about-decks.
We'd rather ship one excellent thing than five mediocre things. Slow is fine. Sloppy is not.
Small team, flat structure. You own outcomes, not just outputs. If you need a manager to tell you what to do, this isn't it.
We make decisions for 2030, not 2026. Customer lifetime over quarter-end, integrity over growth-hacks.
Real numbers in marketing. No fake testimonials. No inflated metrics. If we can't say it in plain English, we won't say it at all.
Most careers pages dress up "we're not hiring" with promises about future roles. We'll just say it: Pyyrah+ is profitable, lean, and intentionally small. We hire when there's a specific role that earns its salary in the first 90 days, not when we want to look bigger on LinkedIn.
When we do open roles, we publish them here, not via inbound recruiters or referral-only networks. Until then, sending us an expression of interest costs you nothing and means we already know your work when a role does open.
Send an expression of interestWhen budget and need align, these are the areas where we'd add headcount first. If your background fits, get on our radar early.
Full-stack, TypeScript-fluent, opinionated about DX. You'd own the analyser stack, the customer dashboard, and the platform that runs the DBC Method.
You write clean, you research deep, you've shipped your own content at scale. Owns the course library, hook research, and the editorial voice across product and marketing.
You've supported SaaS or course customers before. Loves writing help docs, runs onboarding calls without scripts, and treats every refund request as a product signal worth logging.
You see patterns in CSVs others miss. Owns the hook-performance database, audit benchmarks, and the research methodology behind the DBC Method.
Strong visual editor, opinionated about type, comfortable in Figma and CSS. Owns the brand system across product, marketing, and the press kit.
You've grown a creator product before, organically, without paid social as your only lever. SEO, content distribution, partnerships, lifecycle email.
Written documents, video walkthroughs, async standups. Meetings only when there's a real decision to make.
Remote or London-based, but we work UK hours. Ship-it-tomorrow culture, not always-on culture.
We measure impact on customers, not hours worked or messages sent. Output you can point to is the only deliverable.
