These Terms of Sale are the contract between Pyyrah Limited (trading as Pyyrah+) and you when you purchase Pyyrah+ via pyyrahplus.com. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions (which govern your use of the platform itself), our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. Where these documents conflict, these Terms of Sale govern the purchase transaction; the Terms & Conditions govern your use of the product after purchase.
Pyyrah Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 12176473, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Throughout this document, "we" and "us" refer to Pyyrah Limited; "you" refers to the customer making the purchase.

Pyyrah+ is a digital product comprising: a 9-module Viral Growth System course; a Done-For-You research dashboard delivered within 72 hours of purchase; access to the Pyyrah+ research platform; a 24-Prompt AI Vault including Voice Calibration; seven pre-filled core templates; a full Instagram profile audit; and all future updates to those assets. The course is hosted via Shopify; the platform is delivered via our own infrastructure at app.pyyrahplus.com.
Immediate access credentials by email, the DFY dashboard within 72 hours, and our standard customer support thereafter. No physical products. No subscription. No recurring charges.
You purchase Pyyrah+ as a single product at a single price. We do not sell individual modules, templates, or features separately. The price applies to the complete package.
An order is placed when you complete checkout via the Stripe payment process on pyyrahplus.com. By completing checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the payment method is yours or authorised by its owner, and that you accept these Terms of Sale.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email from Stripe immediately, followed within minutes by your access credentials from billing@pyyrahplus.com. The contract is formed when we send the access credentials.
In rare cases (e.g. suspected fraud, payment processor error, or technical issue at our end) we may not be able to fulfil an order. If this happens, we will notify you within 24 hours and refund any charge in full within 5 business days. We have no further liability beyond returning the payment.
The base price of Pyyrah+ is £99 GBP. For visitors outside the UK, we display localised currencies on the website (USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, NZD, and others) as an approximate guide to assist with purchase decisions. The price charged at checkout is the price your Stripe payment method is debited.
The displayed price includes any UK VAT that applies. For purchases outside the UK, the displayed price is the price charged; your card issuer or country of residence may levy import or transaction taxes for which we are not responsible.
From time to time we offer discounted pricing during launch periods or for specific cohorts. Promotional prices are clearly indicated at checkout and apply only to orders placed during the promotional window. We do not retroactively apply later promotions to previously placed orders.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods Stripe makes available for your country, which typically include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and selected local payment methods. We never see or store your full card details; those are held by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 security.
If a payment fails, your access is not activated. You can retry checkout. If a payment succeeds and access is not activated within 2 hours, contact billing@pyyrahplus.com with your Stripe receipt and we will resolve manually.
Course access and platform credentials are delivered to the email used at checkout within minutes of successful payment. If you don't see the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and the email address on the Stripe receipt. If still not received within 2 hours, contact billing@pyyrahplus.com.
The Done-For-You research dashboard is delivered within 72 hours of purchase. We will use the niche and account handle you submit on Day 1; if you have not submitted these, we will contact you within 24 hours to gather what we need. The 72-hour window starts when we have what we need to produce the dashboard.
Access is maintained for the lifetime of the product, as described in Section 7. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or to investigate suspected abuse, and will give reasonable notice where possible. If we permanently suspend access for any reason other than your material breach of the Terms & Conditions, we will issue a pro-rata refund or alternative arrangement under Section 9.2. Pyyrah+ is provided on a lifetime-of-product basis. This means:
If we ever intend to retire or substantively alter Pyyrah+ in a way that materially reduces its value, we will give all customers at least 6 months' written notice. Where applicable, we will offer reasonable migration arrangements or compensation as required by law.

We warrant that Pyyrah+ will be delivered substantially as described on the product page at the time of purchase, that it will be of satisfactory quality, and that it will be reasonably fit for the purpose of helping individual creators apply the DBC Method to their Instagram content. This warranty exists alongside (not instead of) your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you in connection with any purchase is the total amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audience growth, lost business revenue, or other speculative or projected outcomes. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Pyyrah+ teaches a method and provides tools. We do not guarantee any specific level of audience growth, view count, follower count, or revenue. Outcomes depend on the customer's application of the method, their niche, the platform's algorithm, and many factors outside our control.
Where you have an unresolved issue, please contact billing@pyyrahplus.com first. We will normally resolve within 5 business days, which is faster than the chargeback process. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank, we will respond with the order details, honour the underlying claim if it qualifies, and provide evidence to the bank otherwise.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages of the underlying course platform or payment processor; nationwide internet failures; legal or regulatory orders; or natural events. If a force majeure event materially affects delivery for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the contract and we will issue a pro-rata refund based on what has been delivered.
You may not assign or transfer your Pyyrah+ purchase to another person without our written consent. Access is granted to the individual who made the purchase. Sharing access with another individual or business is a material breach (see Terms & Conditions Section 3 and Section 4) and may result in suspension of access without refund.
We may assign these Terms to a successor business if Pyyrah Limited is acquired, restructured, or merged, provided the successor accepts the obligations under these Terms.
The version of these Terms that applies to your purchase is the version published at the time of your purchase. If we update these Terms, the changes apply to future purchases only. Improvements to your protections (longer windows, broader warranties) apply automatically to existing customers; reductions in your protections do not.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from a Pyyrah+ purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that nothing in this clause prevents a consumer resident in another jurisdiction from bringing a claim in the courts of their own jurisdiction where applicable consumer-protection law gives them that right.
Before legal proceedings, we ask that you contact legal@pyyrahplus.com to seek to resolve any dispute. Most issues resolve through direct correspondence faster than through court proceedings.
