Using PYYRAH

Our Website offers free content and tutorials, together with paid courses and content. Details of the courses available will be provided on the Website, together with the cost of those courses (where applicable). If you wish to have access to certain parts of our Website or to access certain content, you will need to register your details on the Website.To register, you must be over 18 years of age.

If you choose to purchase a course from us, you will be required to make a one-off payment or to pay in instalments (as applicable). You will then be permitted to make unlimited use of the course (for your own personal viewing only). It is not permitted to share your user details or to allow anyone else to access any courses which are registered in your name. This would amount to an abuse of our Website and we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website, or any course you have purchased, in such a case. We may also bring further legal claims if you have caused us a financial loss by such actions.

When purchasing one of our paid courses, please be aware that such courses are hosted on a third party platform (we currently use Go High Level, for this purpose). If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of PYYRAH or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion without prior notice, if we believe you are making improper use of PYYRAH We also reserve the right to decline membership of our platform at our discretion.

PYYRAH may permit the submission of user content (including, in its blog or community forum sections and on its Main Page/ Feature/ Youtube Channel) including the submission of text, images, audio, video or other content by you and other users (all of which is defined as "User Content") for hosting and publishing on the Website and our App and other Social Media sites. You understand that whether or not such User Content is published, we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Content.

You agree to comply with all posting rules which we may provide on PYYRAH and which will be deemed to be expressly incorporated into these Terms.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

You represent and warrant that: you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use all copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights in and to any User Content to enable inclusion and use on PYYRAH and in accordance with these Terms; and whilst, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content, by submitting the User Content to us, you hereby grant us, in addition to any other rights which we may have, a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and transferable license (which is sublicensable) to use, copy, prepare derivative works of (including without limitation, to rename, edit, shorten, split videos into different segments, and use an entire image or video or segments as part of compilations) including in respect of audio or podcast material, display and broadcast the User Content in connection with PYYRAH and our business, including without limitation to grant access to PYYRAH to third parties to view the User Content (and derivative works thereof) and to distribute the User Content through any and all media or distribution methods now available or later developed.

You understand that when using PYYRAH, you will be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources, and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Content. You may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against us with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold us, our owners, affiliates, employees, agents and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of PYYRAH.

Fees

Using the basic features of the PYYRAH Website is free of charge. We may however charge a fee for purchasing certain courses, or for other products or services which we may choose to offer in the future.

Refunds & Disputes Policy

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products and Services

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date for any digital products or services bought online.However, this right is waived once you begin accessing the digital content. Accessing includes, but is not limited to:

Logging into the course platform.Viewing, downloading, or streaming any part of the purchased content.Engaging with any course materials, templates, or resources.

By initiating access to the digital content, you consent to waive your 14-day cancellation right, and refunds will not be issued.

Refund Request Process

If you have not accessed the digital content and wish to request a refund within the 14-day period:

Physical Products

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund accordingly.

Refunds & Disputes Policy for Services

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel service contracts entered into online, by phone, or by mail within 14 days of the contract's commencement. This period begins the day after the contract is formed.If you wish for services to commence within this 14-day cooling-off period, you must provide explicit consent. You are not permitted to:

republish material from PYYRAH (including republication on another website, except for limited extracts only for the purpose of promoting use of PYYRAH for example on social media); sell, rent, license, sublicense, lease, distribute, copy, duplicate, publish or reproduce any material from PYYRAH for use by any third party; use any material in any way that is unlawful or in breach of any person's legal rights under any applicable law, or in any way that is offensive, indecent, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
