If you don’t see it in 10 minutes, check your spam folder and search your inbox for "Pyyrah+" or "Pyyrah". If it still hasn’t arrived, email Support@pyyrahplus.com from the address you bought with and we’ll send it manually.

Start with Module 01 · Decode. The DBC Method builds on itself · Decode (your niche & audience) sets up Build (hooks, formats, cadence), which sets up Compound (outliers, scaling, monetisation).

If you’re short on time and need a quick win, run the Viral Calculator against your last 10 reels first · it surfaces the bottleneck so you know which module to prioritise.

It’s self-paced. Most members spend 2–3 hours a week, which puts the core method around 2 weeks if you push, or 6 weeks at a comfortable pace.

On the login page click "Forgot password". Enter the email you used at checkout. You’ll get a reset link within a minute or two.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then email Support@pyyrahplus.com from the email you bought with.

Email Support@pyyrahplus.com from your current Pyyrah+ email, telling us the new address you want to use. We confirm in writing to both addresses before making the switch.

We do it manually because changing the email on a Pyyrah+ account also means updating Stripe customer records, our email list, and the LMS. A self-serve flow is on the roadmap.

No. Pyyrah+ is one account per person. Sharing credentials is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and can get your account suspended.

If you need access for a team, agency, or larger organisation, email Partnerships@pyyrahplus.com for team licensing.

Email Privacy@pyyrahplus.com from your registered email. We’ll confirm and delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations (e.g. financial records, which we keep for the period required by HMRC).

Note that deleting your account is permanent and forfeits your lifetime access. If you’re within the 30-day refund window and want money back instead, ask for that.

Change your password immediately. Then email Support@pyyrahplus.com · we’ll review the account activity and help you secure it.

All payments go through Stripe. Accepted methods include:

No. Pyyrah+ is $99 one-time. No subscription, no renewal, no recurring charge. You pay once and have lifetime access.

If you see a second charge on your statement, it’s either a duplicate by accident or fraud · email Support@pyyrahplus.com right away.

Most declines come from your card issuer, not from us. Try in this order:

• Check the card number, expiry, and CVV are correct
• Make sure the billing address matches what your bank has on file
• Try a different card · or Apple Pay / Google Pay if you have it set up
• Contact your bank · international transactions sometimes trigger automatic fraud blocks

If you’ve tried all that and it still won’t go through, email Support@pyyrahplus.com with the country you’re paying from and we’ll dig in.

We don’t run our own payment plan · $99 is the lowest sustainable price we can charge without splitting payments. Splitting it would mean either raising the headline price or charging more in total.

However, Stripe surfaces "Buy now, pay later" options at checkout in some regions (Klarna, Afterpay), which lets you split the cost across 3–4 installments.

Pyyrah Limited is not currently VAT-registered, so no UK VAT is added to invoices.

Stripe applies sales tax automatically based on your billing country where required by local law · EU OSS, US state sales tax, etc. The breakdown shows at checkout before you confirm.

Stripe emails an automatic receipt right after checkout. Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from noreply@stripe.com.

If you need an invoice with a business name, VAT number, or address on it, email accounts@pyyrahplus.com with the details you need and we’ll send you a formatted invoice within 1–2 business days.

Email Support@pyyrahplus.com from the address you bought with. Include your Stripe order ID if you have it. No interrogation, no "are you sure?" loop.

We process the refund through Stripe within 1–3 business days. It then takes another 5–10 business days to appear in your bank, depending on your card issuer.

30 days from purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days we’re happy to discuss it case by case, but we can’t guarantee a full refund.

The 30-day window applies regardless of whether you’ve started the course or downloaded the field guides. See the full Refund Policy for the precise terms.

Outside the 30-day window we evaluate case by case. Email Support@pyyrahplus.com explaining the situation and we’ll come back to you.

Statutory rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection laws where applicable) always apply on top of the 30-day window · those aren’t time-limited in the same way.

Access is revoked when the refund is processed. We can’t leave the door open after returning your money · that’s how the math works.

If you change your mind later, you’re welcome to buy back in at the price applicable at that time (which may be higher · Founding Access pricing is the lowest we’ll go).

Pyyrah+ is Instagram-focused · the DBC Method, the Hook Library, the Profile Audit Scorecard, and the calculators are all built for Instagram’s 2026 algorithm and product surfaces (reels, carousels, stories).

The structural patterns transfer well to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn short-form · the hook mechanics and conversion psychology are platform-agnostic. The specific tactics (caption length, posting cadence, format rotation) are tuned for Instagram.

The DBC Method is niche-agnostic. The Hook Library has eight niche-specific sections: travel, sports, real estate, health & wellness, food, educational, beauty, and culture.

The Hook Library is updated monthly as new patterns emerge. The course modules and playbooks are refreshed when Instagram ships material changes (new product surfaces, algorithm shifts).

Not currently. Videos stream from our hosted player and aren’t available as downloads. The field guides and worksheets are all downloadable PDFs, so you can work offline through the printable material.

No dedicated app. Pyyrah+ is a web-based platform that works well on mobile browsers · Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android. Video playback, calculator inputs, and PDF downloads all work on phone.

Yes · under UK GDPR & EU GDPR you have a right of access. Email Privacy@pyyrahplus.com from your registered email. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.

No. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Sub-processors (Stripe, our hosting, our email tool, etc.) handle data on our behalf to deliver the service · that’s not a sale, that’s how SaaS works.

It depends on the data category and the provider · our hosting is US-based (Automattic / WordPress.com), Stripe holds payment data in Ireland and the US, Klaviyo holds email data in the US.

Where data leaves the UK / EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for transfer. Per-provider detail is on the sub-processors page.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list, no confirmation step.

Transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets, security notices) can’t be unsubscribed from while you have an active account · those are essential to running the service.
